It is the case of the petitioner that his vendor has got title to the property in Survey No.380/1, Anthiyur Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District pursuant to the Partition Decree passed in O.S.No.151 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani on 29.07.2010. Thereafter, a Sale Deed was executed in his favour on 10.03.2011 by his vendor on his own behalf and on behalf of his minor children. The petitioner made a representation to change the patta, which stood in the name of the mother of the vendor. After the receipt of the representation dated 20.03.2015, the respondent has directed the Revenue Inspector, Anthiyur to take appropriate action. As no further order is passed, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 20.03.2015, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any 3rd party, if so required. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
