This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner based on his complaint dated 18.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased plot No.6 in survey No.77, No.32, Thailavaram Village, Chengalput Taluk from one Nayaz Ali, vide document No.8086 of 2015. After purchasing the property, when the petitioner wanted to clean up the property, one Saravanakumar, Baskaran, Ashok, Rajavel, Rajesh and Krishnamurthy, claiming themselves as executives of company calling M/s.Green Wealth Promoters, came to the property and asked her to vacate the same. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition for police protection.

4.It is not known, who is the actual owner of the property. May be the actual owner of the property is someone else. Such disputes cannot be decided by this Court in a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. If the petitioner had purchased the property belonging to someone else and was cheated, she has to workout her remedy elsewhere. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a complaint to the 2nd respondent Police, who shall look into the complaint and verify the facts and take action in accordance with law.
