ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the 1st Respondent to measure the property, sub divide the same and to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2024 seeking to measure and sub-divide the property of the petitioner and issue patta in her favour is pending with the 1st respondent. He would further submit that there seems to be mismatching in the survey numbers given in the application and due enquiry would be conducted by the 1st respondent and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate 2/4

appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2024 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
