This petition has been filed to condone the delay 56 days in filing the above second appeal.

2. A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the 1st respondent Mangalakshmi W/o late Kuppusamy passed away on 30.01.2025 and the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent are the respondents no.2 and 3, who are already on record.

3. Memo is taken on record.

4. Head the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of costs of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 09.07.2025. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
