Mr.P.Anandakumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3.

2. In view of the limited nature of the relief sought for, notice to respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with and the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representations dated 08.4.2024 and 15.4.2024.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the representation of the petitioner has been received and that the same will be considered and orders will be passed after issuing notice to the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
