The present Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the respondents to dispose the application dated 28.03.2024 which was forwarded to the second respondent by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.6571/2019/Pa1 dated .03.2024 within a reasonable period

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 28.03.2024 is now pending with the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent will consider the same and pass suitable orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
