..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents herein form dispossessing the petitioners from their property being the house property bearing Door Nos.239/157, 241/154 and 243/156 situate at NambiyurGobichettipalayam Road, Nambiyur, Erode District except under due process of law.
