O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the husband of the petitioner viz., M.Kumar, s/o Muniyappan is detained under the Goondas Act. In support of the same, she has produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Collector and District Magistrate, Tiruvannamalai District in D.O.No.33/2019-C2 dated 22.05.2019. 2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the opinion that as the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, nothing survives for adjudication herein. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
