ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the 1st Respondent to consider petitioner's claim representation dated 23.08.2023 and pass orders thereon in the light of the Award Order passed in proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.1160/2018/A2 dated 06.02.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2023 seeking compensation is under consideration before the 1st respondent. He would further submit that enquiry would be conducted on the representation of the petitioner and suitable orders will be passed in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
