.. Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari directing the respondents to revoke my suspension order dated 24.10.2023 via Ref:VIT/Registrar/FS2023-24/461 passed by 3rd respondent and permit the petitioner to complete the degree in Bachelor of Engineering - Information Technology ( 4 years course -2020-2024 batch).

ORDER
Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with earlier orders, specifically dated 10.07.2024 and 22.07.2024, that read as follows:- "10.07.2024 The criminal charges as against the petitioner will run their course and would be decided in accordance with law. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has successfully completed semesters 1 to 6.
2. Counter has been filed by R2 to R4 and reveals that the petitioner has paucity of attendance for semesters 7 and 8 as a result of which, he has not been able to write his exams.
3. In the interest of the student, and seeing as he has only two semesters left to complete the course, let the representation filed by the petitioner dated 04.11.2023 and 29.03.2024 be considered by the Committee.
4. It is made clear that this will have no bearing on the criminal proceedings which will be tried separately, in accordance with law.
5. To enable the committee to pass necessary orders, and produce before the Court, list on 22.07.2024 at the end of admission list.
22.07.2024 Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 10.7.2024.
2. Despite a specific direction to the respondents to pass necessary orders such that the petitioner can re-register if the Committee is of the view that the suspension can be revoked, order has been passed only on 19.07.2024 revoking the suspension.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been asked to go tomorrow to consider the issue of re-registration.
4. Hence list this matter on 24.07.2024 in the same position."

2. Today all learned counsel would concur on the position that the petitioner has been permitted to re-register for the course and with this no further grievance survives.
