O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the husband of the petitioner viz., Elumalai, s/o Chinnapaiyan is detained under the Goondas Act. In support of the same, she has produced a copy of the communication in C.No.G1/9084/SP/TVM/2019, dated 10.05.2019 sent by the Superintendent of Police, Tiruvannamalai District, Tiruvannamalai to the Collector, Tiruvannamalai District, Tiruvannamalai.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the opinion that as the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, nothing survives for adjudication herein. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
