ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide hostel facility to the petitioner's daughter Ms.Kavitha, D/o.Late Muniraj, who is pursuing first year B.A., L.L.B., course in the 2nd respondent college, on the basis of the representation dated 01.09.2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's daughter would be given accommodation in the hostel of the second respondent College.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to take appropriate steps for admission to the petitioner's daughter in the hostel forthwith. No costs.
