O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2021 requesting to provide patta for the Survey Nos.100/29, subdivide both Survey Nos.100/33 and 100/29 and also to provide separate patta to all the legal heirs of demised Mr.Chella Mooper and Mr.Narayana Mooper as per the registered partition deed dated 09.04.2019.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, pursuant to the registered partition deed, the petitioner said to have filed an application before the 3rd respondent Tahsildar seeking to issue separate patta on 09.04.2021. But, so far, his application was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent Tahsildar is directed to consider the petitioner's application and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as interested persons, if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
