The petitioners made two representations to the respondent no.1, one on 23.12.2013 and another on 29.12.2014. In the representations, the petitioners have stated that assignment has been made in their favour, however, no measurement has been done and there is objection from 3rd parties. Therefore, a request was made to measure the lands assigned to the petitioners. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representations and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioners as well as to any 3rd party, if so required. The petitioners are also directed to send a copy of the representations to the respondents, along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
