O R D E R
The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent seeking police protection for re-laying the water pipelines damaged in violation of the order passed by the District Munsif Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.11 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023.
2. The prayer cannot be granted without hearing the respondents 3 & 4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted at this stage that the respondents 1 & 2 may be directed to consider his representations dated 22.02.2023 & 20.03.2023.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner may approach the second respondent with a copy of the
representation and they will take action in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit the copy of the representation and approach the second respondent. On receipt of said representation, the second respondent shall act in accordance with law and take such action as he deems fit as expeditiously as possible.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 11.05.2023 kmm/ep
