Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.84 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police station.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed in Cr.No.507/2016 in the petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, the prayer sought for in the present petition to quash the FIR has become infructuous.
