Mr.V.Raghavachari, the learned counsel for the appellant, circulated a letter dated 31 October, 2017 to the Registry that he is instructed to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal".

2. When the appeal is taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement indicating that she is withdrawing the intra court appeal.
