Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

By consent of both sides, the main case itself is taken up for disposal.

2. After hearing the rival submissions of both parties and also taking note of the limited extent of the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition, we are inclined to pass the following order:- Since the applications are pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, one relating to the attachment of the receiver from the Tasmac to be payable to the Applicant-Apollo Distilleries, wherein, status quo has been granted and another application for vacating the status quo, which has been adjourned for hearing on 20.06.2019 and also after taking note of the fact that the employees of the Apollo Distilleries has not been paid salary for three months, the learned Senior counsel

Mr.V.Prakash, has submitted that the salary for the employees has to be expedited in order to avoid claim under Industrial Disputes Act, and hence, in the interest of justice, hearing of the case in I.A.No.209 of 2019 in O.A.No.244 of 2019 and I.A.No.520 of 2019 in I.A.No.209 of 2019 in O.A.No.244 of 2019, pending before the DRT-II, stands advanced to 24.05.2019 at 10.30 a.m.

3. Registry is directed to issue order copy on 23.05.2019 and DRT is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one week, without prejudice to the rights of the contentions of both parties.
