The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 700 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgement and order dated 06.08.2021 made in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2019 on the file of Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thiruvarur.

2.Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
