O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the learned Vacation Judge, Nagapattinam District to take up I.A.No.403 of 2016 in G.W.O.P.No.41 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Nagapattinam, for enquiry at an early date for the final disposal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The petitioner has filed I.A.No.403 of 2016 in G.W.O.P.No.41 of 2013 before the learned Principal District Judge, Nagapattinam, seeking for an interim custody of his minor children, namely, Vetriselvan and Ezhilselvan to be with him for the ensuing summer vacation 2016. Notice was ordered and counter has been filed by the respondent. When the petitioner completed his argument and it is for the respondent to putforth his contention, a representation was made on their side, seeking adjournment. On the respondent's request, the trial Court adjourned the case to 02.06.2016 for enquiry. Since the application filed by the petitioner will become infructuous for the reason that the school will reopen on first week of June 2016, the petitioner has come forward with the present revision. 4.

Considering the urgency and acceptable reasons given by the petitioner for filing this revision, this Court directs the learned Vacation Judge, Nagapattinam to dispose of the petitioner's application i.e., I.A.No.403 of 2016, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
