ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the fourth respondent police to produce the petitioner's minor son Bimal Bhatia, 5 years old, before this Court from the custody of the 5th respondent and to hand over to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasion and even today.

3.In view of the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
