(2D) No.41, Higher Education Department, dated 26.5.2016 and the consequential order issued by the 1st Respondent in G.O.(2D) No.43, Higher Education Department, dated 31.05.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to allow the Petitioner to retire from service on 31.5.2016 without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings being initiated against the Petitioner within a reasonable period.

seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1 st respondent to revoke the suspension ordered in G.O.(2D) No.41, Higher Education Department, dated 26.05.2016 in the light of the orders issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhry Vs. Union of India and also in the light of the orders issued in W.P.No.20584 of 2016 dated 12.07.2016 within a reasonable period. For Petitioner(s):
