O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the complaint dated 22.12.2014 and investigate into the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2014, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.164 of 2014 before the respondent and the petitioner is not cooperating in the enquiry. 4.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
