Post the Second Appeal for hearing on 04.01.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent is pressing the Execution Petition. Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the Execution Petition will not be pressed till the next date of hearing. The said submission is recorded.
