Assistant before conducting transfer counseling. It can be seen that in all these writ petitions, the petitioners are Secondary Grade Teachers. Now, pending writ petitions, the Rules are amended by G.O.(Ms).No.243, School Education (EE1(1)) Department, dated 21.12.2023. Now, the unit wise consideration is also amended and feeder category is also amended. By virtue of the same, petitioners are no longer in the feeder category and the selection will also be state-wide. Page No. 4 of 7
2. In view thereof, nothing further survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 19.06.2024 jas Page No. 5 of 7
