Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned proceedings jointly issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondents in Na.Ka.No.21243/C3/E1/2023 dated 26.04.2023 and to quash the same in so far as conducting transfer counseling to the post of B.T. Assistant in Elementary Education as stated in Sl.Nos.28, 29 and 30 of the Schedule is concerned and consequently, directing the respondents to conduct promotion counseling to the post of B.T. Assistant in Elementary Education at the first instance prior to transfer counseling and to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) in the vacancies in Chennimalai Union, Erode District.
