ORDER

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is working in the respondent department since 1992 as Mazdoor (Technical Assistant) and at present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

he is attached to the office of the 4th respondent and his name is also found in the Nominal Muster Roll maintained by the 2nd respondent and though he has put in more than twenty three years of service, his services are yet to be regularised. In this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 13.04.2015 through proper channel. Since no orders have been passed, the petitioner is now before this court by way of this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and also perused the records carefully.

4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this court in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon in the light of the recommendations made by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent in his letter No.E1/151/2013, dated 20.03.2013, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
