This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R. based on the complaint dated 01.08.2016, vide CSR No.404 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

On the complaint lodged by one Raguraman, a case in Crime No.151 of 2016 has been registered against the petitioner for offences u/s 406, 420 and 120(B) IPC by the Central Crime Branch. While so, this petitioner, as a counter blast, has given a complaint dated 01.08.2016, against Raguraman before the respondent police, in which, petition enquiry was conducted and closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
