By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had joined B.Ed., Course conducted by the respondent / University during the year 2011-2012 and successfully completed during June 2013 and was issued with the Transfer Certificate dated 30.12.2014, stating that she has completing the programme and despite that, she is yet to be issued with the First Year Mark List. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 12.01.2015 to the 1st respondent and since no orders have been passed, she came forward to file this writ petition. It is the further submission of the learned counsel that since the petitioner is working as an Elementary School Headmistress, for want of First Year Mark List, she is unable to get her promotion as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Middle School Headmistress and prays for expeditious disposal of the representation.
Per contra, Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the relevant Rules and Regulations and orders will be passed at an early date. This Court, taking into consideration the rival submissions and also the facts and circumstances, directs the 1st respondent to forward the representation to the 2nd respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a further period of two weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
No costs.
