(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on the District Level Steering Committee to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 03.12.2020.
Since a very innocuous order has been sought, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to expedite the hearing of the appeal, if it is still pending and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
