The Revenue Inspector, Thiruvur Firka Thiruvallur Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the notice issued by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.6058/2018/A3, dated 24.12.2018 and the notice issued by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.6058/2018/A2, dated 31.01.2019 to vacate the premises within 15 days, pertaining to Fasli No.1488, Veppampattu Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, in S.No.56 of Eri Thangal to an extent of 2.90.50 Acres and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the Petitioner, dated 0112.2018, 03.01.2019, 07.01.2019, 31.12.2018 and 07.01.2019, to consider an alternate place to reside. 1/8

1. This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the notice issued by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.6058/2018/A3, dated 24.12.2018 and the notice issued by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.6058/2018/A2, dated 31.01.2019 to vacate the premises within 15 days, pertaining to Fasli No.1488, Veppampattu Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, in S.No.56 of Eri Thangal to an extent of 2.90.50 Acres and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the Petitioner, dated 0112.2018, 03.01.2019, 07.01.2019, 31.12.2018 and 07.01.2019, to consider an alternate place to reside.

2. This Court heard Mr.N.Selvarajan, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, the learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents, by producing the original proceedings of the 2nd Respondent, in Na.Ka.No.6133/2019/A2, dated 30.08.2019, has submitted that an alternate site has been allotted to the Petitioner and issuance of free patta has been ordered to be issued for the said alternate site and hence, nothing surives in this Writ Petition.

5. In view of the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents and the said original proceedings of the 2nd Respondent, in Na.Ka.No.6133/2019/A2, dated 30.08.2019, this Writ Petition is closed, as nothing survives. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is also closed.
