The application for amending the name of the petitioner, consequent upon the change of its name, is allowed. The changed name appears from the fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name, appended to the application.

2. W.M.P.No.11408 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

3. The amendment should be carried out by the Department within four weeks and the matter listed thereafter.
