JUDGMENT

This writ appeal has been directed against the impugned order of the learned single Judge dated 30.10.2015, dismissing the writ petition on the ground that the writ petitioner-Sangam, the appellant herein has not shown that it is an aggrieved party.

2. When the matter was called, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent stated that even before the learned single Judge, no one appeared for the writ petitioner. Similarly, before this Court, no one appears for the appellant. That shows that the appellant has no grievance or merits to proceed with the case. Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
