The petitioner, being mother of the deceased - Appanraj alias Pandian, made representation on 29.06.2015, followed by legal notice dated 18.08.2015, sent to respondents 1 and 2 seeking issuance of a copy of postmortem certificate No.2664/2012 dated 29.10.2012. On their non-consideration, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
