(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition, "that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders"

imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10375 of 2020 on 10.07.2020,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court on 10.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10375 of 2020 the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has reported before the police station only on 21.09.2020 and immediately he has approached this Court by way of filing relaxation petition. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
