The petitioner being a senior citizen made an application on 06.06.2015 as per Rule 3 (Form-A) of the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009, which is in the prescribed form. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the application with the respondent no.2, the said authority is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after getting appropriate report from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent no.3 as per rules.
