( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Twenty Ninth day of July Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7253 of 2021 IN CRL OP.6135/2021 M.RAMAMURTHY [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, UDANNAPALLI POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT, (CR.NO.153/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by order dated 30.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.5042/2021 as modified in Crl.M.P.No.5918/2021 dated 20.05.2021 in Criminal O.P.No.6135 of 2021 in so far as the condition to report before Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem at 10.00 a.m., every Monday and Friday and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. AL.GANTHIMATHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 30.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5042 of 2021 and modified in Crl.M.P.No.5918/2021 dated 20.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6135/2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 20.05.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the Court below until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is ordered and this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on every Monday till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter all hearing dates without fail. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 30.04.2021 stand unaltered.
