R.R. NO. 9 OF2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in order passed in Crl.OP.No.10322 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.GOPIKRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.N.P.KUMAR, Special Public Prosecutor for GST Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This Court by an order dated 13.07.2020, in Crl.O.P.No.10322 of 2020, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10322 of 2020, dated 13.07.2020 and the investigation is also almost completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10322 of 2020, dated 13.07.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 1st and 3rd Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
