Earlier this Court by an order dated 07.06.2024 granted interim anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,00,000/- to credit of Crime No.88 of 2024 on or before 03.07.2024. On 02.08.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner has reported that he has Rs.1,00,00,000/- and undertake to pay the balance of Rs.50,00,000/-, hence the matter is posted for today under the caption for reporting compliance. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has paid remaining balance of amount of Rs.50,00,000/- in two Demand Drafts (Rs.35,00,000/- + Rs.15,00,000/-) and the same is recorded.
