This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents or any officer acting under the instructions of the respondent or officers attached to the respondent's office not to harass the petitioner by sending repeated summons to appear for enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Vidhya had given a complaint against the petitioner, and the same was enquired into and closed on 13.07.2015, and therefore, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry on the complaint of Vidhya.
