These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2239 days in filing the application to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions, the same are allowed.
