This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and the second respondents to register a First Information Report as against the third, fourth and fifth respondents herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.157 of 2018 and the same has been closed on 14.03.2018.
