O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction forbearing the 3rd respondent from interfering in the civil dispute of landlord and tenant between the petitioner and 4th respondent.

2. Mr.P.Arumugavel, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent conducted enquiry, in which the petitioner was directed to file an undertaking letter to vacate the premises, which was already leased out in favour of petitioner herein. On such direction, the husband of the petitioner by letter dated 16.03.2023 gave undertaking to vacate the subject premises within a period of three months.

3. Admittedly, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in respect of vacating premises, which was let out in favour of the petitioner herein. Therefore, the respondents 1 to 3 have no role to play 2/4

in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. Therefore, on considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondents 1 to 3 herein are directed not to interfere with a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
