C O M M O N O R D E R These criminal revisions have been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.Nos.543, 542 and 541 of 2023 respectively in C.C.No.111 of 2024.

2.The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners filed a petition under Section 245 of Cr.P.C. seeking to discharge them from the charges framed against them in C.C.No.111 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur and the same were dismissed by the trial Court. Challenging the same, the petitioners have filed the present revision.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same as early as possible. He would further submit that the appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court may be dispensed with and would further submit that the petitioners are ready to appear as and when necessary arise.

4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.111 of 2024 and complete the same as early as possible. The appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court is dispensed with. However, this order will not stand on the way of the Trial Court to insist for the appearance of the petitioners for receiving copies under Section 207 of Cr.P.C., questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. and at the time of passing of the final judgement and as and when the Trial Court feels it necessary.
