This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 423 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.6,831/-.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 25.08.2023".

3. Post the matter on 31.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
