This Court by an order dated 01.07.2022, granted liberty to the petitioner to lodge complaint and also directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry and dispose the same in accordance with law. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in pursuant to the direction issued by this Court by an order dated 01.07.2022, the respondent Police registered a case on the complaint dated 28.07.2022 filed by the petitioner herein in FIR.No.378 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 427, 448, 506(2), 379 of IPC.

Recording the said submission, no further order is required in this case.
