Inspite of the earlier directions, the petitioner has not surrendered before the Trial Court. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.

2.It will be open for the respondent to approach the Trial Court and the Trial Court to issue/execute warrant and commit the petitioner to prison to serve the sentence.
