This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.06.2016 and further direct the respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is alleged by the petitioner that his son Nithyanandam, is frequently threatening that he will commit suicide if the properties are not written in his name. Fearing Nithyanandam, the petitioner is living in some relatives house.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the respondent shall conduct enquiry by calling Nithyanandam and take action in accordance with law.
