Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representations dated 17.03.2017 and 28.06.2017 seeking copies of the complaint of allegation and to pass appropriate orders thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame.
3. Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated 17.03.2017 and 28.06.2017, the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
have not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have already issued notice dated 08.03.2017 and the respondents have to only pass orders. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that the respondents may be directed to pass orders in accordance with law within a time frame considering the representations of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.03.2017 and 28.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
