This Court, by the order dated 23.05.2019, while suspending the sentence, has directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of the said order and on such surrender, he shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Salem, and on further condition that he shall appear before the same court on the first working day of every month until disposal of CRL.RC.No.465 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner is already in custody and therefore, the direction issued by this Court to surrender before the trial Court may be deleted. 3.Considering the same, the following portion in Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 23.05.2019 is deleted.

".. is directed to surrender before trial court within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such surrender, he .."

4.Accordingly, the Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the said order and issue a fresh copy of the order. 28.05.2019 mkn
